With our research we want to contribute solutions to current problems in science and practice. "State of the art" research therefore has a high priority. An important foundation of our research is interdisciplinarity. This is why we usually conduct our research at the interface between economics, sociology and psychology. We also have a strong empirical focus.

Current research focuses are:

  •     Human Resource Management from an International Comparative Perspective
  •     Necessary conditions in HRM
