Leadership and Trust

In the context of applied leadership study we are unlocking the scientific topic of "Leadership and Trust" which is vital for an effective human resource management. Our exploratory focus are concerning organizational problems respectively problems of the human resource development especially leadership development and the regarding methods.

Unfortunately Trust as a research topic wasn’t adequately focused. We developed the questionnaire “Trust Score Tool” (TruST) in order to make a contribution to research and practical experience. TruST examines the difference of trust in diverse working areas in order to explain why leaders win, keep and lose the trust of their workers and subordinates.
